SHIPPING COSTS & POLICIES
Berte offers free local, pickup at our Beacon storefront located at 500 Main Street. Select the Pick up option at checkout, and you'll be notified via email once your order is ready! Our pickup window is generally within 2-4 days of placing your order. Need it sooner? Just leave a note with your order at checkout :)
SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA
Berte offers free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States over $125 and $8 flat rate shipping for orders under $125.
Orders ship within 2-3 days of placing your order. Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation and tracking number, orders usually arrive within 2-4 business days (unless otherwise stated).
For any special shipping requests, you can either write a note with your order at checkout OR shoot us an email and we'll do our best to accommodate the request.
SHIPPING TO CANADA
Berte offers free shipping on all orders over $200 and $20 flat rate shipping for orders under $200. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and transit time varies from 3-10 business days. The customer is responsible for any duties owed.

Do you LOOOVE it? ...you don’t?! That’s ok. If you’re having doubts, returns of full-priced items are accepted within 14 days of receiving your purchase. SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Smokeware and Sleep Masks are not eligible for return. Products that have been opened or used are also not eligible for return.
HOLIDAY 2022 RETURN POLICY: Returns of holiday gifts purchased after November 24, 2022 will be accepted until January 7, 2023. All other return policies apply, see above.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the return process for an online order or stop by our Beacon storefront (500 Main St. Beacon, NY) to have your return processed IRL.
For online orders, return shipments must be postmarked within 14 days of approval and include tracking service. Your item(s) must be returned to Berte in their original packaging and in unused condition. Please pack items properly and insure for the original retail value. Items damaged during return shipping are not refundable. Lost packages are not the responsibility of Berte. Shipping costs, including return shipping, are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your return is received and inspected, Berte will send an email confirmation of your refund. A credit will then be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
If any items from your order arrive damaged, please contact Berte immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon delivery. Photographic proof of the damage must be provided before a refund can be issued.
We do our best to use recycled packaging to ship your orders, using materials on-hand. Berte does not ship orders on the holidays or on weekends. If you’re interested in international shipping, please contact email@example.com for a quote.
All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Berte is not responsible for stolen or lost packages, or packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information. Please double check shipping information before submitting your order.
