SHIPPING COSTS & POLICIES

7/8/24 UPDATE: We are processing an unprecedented amount of online orders due to our closing sale. We are packing everything as quickly (and as carefully!) as possible, but as a very small team this is taking us longer than normal. We thank you for your support as we close this chapter, and appreciate your patience as we get every order out the door. xoxo

LOCAL PICKUP

Berte offers free local, pickup at our Beacon storefront located at 500 Main Street. Select the Pick up option at checkout, and you'll be notified via email once your order is ready! Our pickup window is generally within 2-4 days of placing your order. Need it sooner? Just leave a note with your order at checkout :)

SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA
Berte offers a $9 flat rate within the contiguous United States. 

Orders ship within 2-3 days of placing your order. Berte does not ship orders on the holidays or on weekends. Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation and tracking number, orders usually arrive within 2-4 business days (unless otherwise stated). 

For any special shipping requests, you can either write a note with your order at checkout OR shoot us an email and we'll do our best to accommodate the request. 

SHIPPING TO CANADA
Berte offers a $20 flat rate on orders shipped to Canada. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS and transit time varies from 3-10 business days. The customer is responsible for any duties owed.

RETURN POLICY
As of July 3, 2024 all sales are FINAL SALE, no refunds or exchanges. Gift cards are not eligible for a cash refund. Once Berte is closed, gift cards will expire.

If any items from your order arrive damaged, please contact Berte immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon delivery. Photographic proof of the damage must be provided before a refund can be issued. 

ADDITIONAL POLICIES
We do our best to use recycled packaging to ship your orders, using materials on-hand. If you’re interested in international shipping, please contact heyhey@shopberte.com for a quote.

All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Berte is not responsible for stolen or lost packages, or packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information. Please double check shipping information before submitting your order.
