SHIPPING COSTS & POLICIES

LOCAL PICKUP - BEACON, NY
Berte now offers free local, contactless pickup in Beacon, NY. Use code HVLOCAL at checkout and we'll email you to arrange a pickup date and time.

UNITED STATES
Berte offers free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States over $100 and $5 flat rate shipping for orders under $100.

Orders are shipped every Tuesday and Friday. Orders received between Friday and midnight on Monday will go out with Tuesday's shipment. Orders received between Tuesday and midnight on Thursday will go out with Friday's shipment. Once you’ve received your shipping confirmation and tracking number, orders usually arrive within 2-4 business days (unless otherwise stated). 

For any special shipping requests, you can either write a note with your order at checkout OR shoot us an email and we'll do our best to accommodate the request. 

CANADA
Berte offers free shipping on all orders over $200 and $20 flat rate shipping for orders under $200. Orders are shipped via USPS and transit time varies from 3-10 business days. The customer is responsible for any duties owed.

We do our best to use recycled packaging to ship your orders, using materials on-hand. Berte does not ship orders on holidays. If you’re interested in international shipping, please contact heyhey@shopberte.com for a quote.

All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Berte is not responsible for stolen or lost packages, or packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information. Please double check shipping information before submitting your order.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Do you LOOOVE it? ...you don’t?! That’s ok. If you’re having doubts, returns of full-priced items are accepted within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Sale items are final sale. Face Masks by Anchal Project are not eligible for return. Please email returns@shopberte.com to have your return approved.

Return shipment must be postmarked within 14 days of approval and include tracking service. Your item(s) must be returned to Berte in their original packaging and in unused condition. Please pack items properly and insure for the original retail value. Items damaged during return shipping are not refundable. Lost packages are not the responsibility of Berte. Shipping costs, including return shipping, are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return is received and inspected, Berte will send an email confirmation of your refund. A credit will then be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.

If any items from your order arrive damaged, please contact Berte immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon delivery.
