Founder's Note: I first found Pump Street while vacationing in London and Bath pre-pandemic. I fell in love with the adorable packaging and fell even deeper in love once I realized the chocolate was DELICIOUS! The English sure know their chocolate!

- JAMAICA 75%: This dark chocolate is initially rich, then a satisfying melt releases hints of sweet, juicy berries. Serendipitously for a Jamaican bar, it rounds into a distinctive honeyed rum finish. Ingredients - cocoa beans, cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, minimum 75% cocoa.
- ECUADOR OAT MILK 60%: a dairy-free milk chocolate made with Scottish oats. With a pleasingly fudgy bite and scents of cinnamon, mellow nuttiness and flavors of sweet cream and porridge, this bar offers a genuine alternative for a creamy, milk chocolate. Suitable for vegans. Ingredients - cocoa beans, cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, Scottish oat powder.
- SOURDOUGH & SALT 66%: This chocolate is a unique combination of Pump Street's two signature (and favorite) products: dark chocolate and sourdough. Our sourdough crumbs and a touch of sea salt add crunch and a smooth, malty flavor to the Ecuadorian chocolate. - MADAGASCAR MILK 58%: a creamy, luxurious whole milk chocolate with notes of caramel and treacle and the zesty finish characteristic of Madagascan beans. - ECUADOR 85%: Made from Heirloom Cacao Preservation accredited cocoa beans from Samuel von Rutte's Hacienda Limon farm on the Guantupi River in Ecuador. An extremely palatable high-percentage bar with a rich aroma and a rounded, nutty character. Ingredients - cocoa beans, cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, minimum 85% cocoa.
- RYE CRUMB, MILK & SEA SALT 60%: A bakery series bar, featuring Pump Street's own baked goods. The crumb of their 100% rye loaf is added to this Ecuador 60% Dark Milk. The mellow creaminess of the milk chocolate shows off the nuttiness and acidity of the rye grain.
